PTANA GDC is pleased to welcome Darla Graber President of ITAMS Limited (ClientEase All In One Agency Management). Darla Graber, President of ITAMS Ltd., is a 38-year veteran of the travel agency industry. She owned and operated several travel agencies from 1983 – 2000. With the initiation of the airline cap, she decided to start working with outside agents and created her host agency.
ITAMS Ltd. was formed out of necessity, Darla Graber, had a travel agency for many years and she decided to expand her business into a host agency in the 90s. To properly run her host agency she needed software to organize all the IC information. Thus the creation of ClientEase. Darla has since sold off her host agency and works solely with ClientEase.
