All amendments must be received by August 30, 2020 to be presented at this Special Bylaws Zoom Meeting
Changes received via amendments from members, chapters, committees and/or BODs will be voted on at this special meeting. Attached is our current Bylaws document and Policies and Procedures manual. A quick access document (in word and pdf), that includes a template for submitting amendments to the Bylaws and Policies and Procedures is also included in the link. This document should assist in understanding why and how you submit bylaws amendments.
Amendments received after August 30, 2020 will be presented at the 2022 convention (no exceptions).

As members of the only travel organization formed and run by travel agents, it is our responsibility to have a governing document that is clear and up to date. Please take the time to read our current Bylaws document, and determine if you and/or your chapter feel that there are changes that need to be made.
