Before her career as an Account Manager, Giovana spent four years on the Client Service team assisting travelers and agency partners before moving to sales in 2024. She has more than 16 years of experience in the travel industry and is skilled in developing the right action plan for each of her clients’ unique needs. Giovana was born and raised in Brazil where she graduated with a degree in Travel & Hospitality in 2008. |
