Speaker Bio:

I’m Rosalba Gonzalez, Business Development Manager for California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington; based in Anaheim, CA. We are a team of 12 BDMs across the U.S.

I started with The Palace Company in December 2020, initially as a BDM in Mexico. In March 2024, I began my new adventure as a BDM with the U.S. team.

The Palace Company is a family-owned Mexican company. We currently have 16 hotels and resorts located in Mexico, Jamaica, Italy, the Maldives, and coming in 2026, Punta Cana.

We operate under four brands: Moon Palace, Palace Resorts, Le Blanc Spa Resort, and Baglioni Hotels & Resorts. We are known for our all-inclusive resorts, ideal for both family-friendly and adults-only experiences.
