Professional Travel Agents of North America (PTANA) Membership Application

PTANA Membership is open to active Travel Agents as well as Students taking a course in Travel, Travel Industry Organizations, Tour Operators, Suppliers, Hotels, Meeting Planners and Vendors that cater to Travel Professionals (Industry Partners).

Fully complete all sections of this form and upload all supporting documentation with your application for membership. Application Fee is non-refundable. Application is subject to approval by Board of Directors. Membership Fee includes National Assessment and Local Charity Donations. Membership is renewed annually in January of each calendar year.
