Join as a Travel Agent Member – Ideal for experienced travel advisors and agency owners ready to connect, grow, and stay ahead with exclusive PTANA tools and events.

Join as an Industry Partner – Perfect for suppliers, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, CVBs, and other travel organizations looking to build strong relationships with active travel sellers.

Join as a Novice, Student, or Intern – Designed for newcomers, students, or interns pursuing a career in travel or hospitality, with access to mentorship, training, and networking to help you get started.

Fully complete all sections of this form and upload all supporting documentation with your application for membership. Application Fee is non-refundable. Application is subject to approval by Board of Directors. Membership Fee includes National Assessment and Local Charity Donations. Membership is renewed annually in January of each calendar year.

Join an Existing PTANA Chapter

Kindly confirm that you have the following as PDF, JPG or PNG formats to upload.

  • Business Card (required for Agents & Industry Partners)
  • Completed Application & Code of Conduct (required for EVERYONE to be completed below)
  • Continuing Education Certificate (required for AGENTS from within last 12 months)
  • IATAN, CLIA, TRUE or ARC Card or Certificate (required for AGENTS as Credentials must be kept current)
  • Three (3) commissionable supplier bookings within one (1) year of new or renewal membership application submission. Cannot be personal bookings. (required for Agents)

For Industry Partners
Upload your organization logo and business card. That’s all that’s needed!

Important: Continuing Education Certificates Needed

At least one specialist program is required for membership. This includes domestic, international, chain hotels, cruise lines, and Travel Institute Specialist Programs.

If you do not have a Specialist Certificate, you may go to any of these resources to take one of the many on-line Specialist courses offered.

If you have a photo of your badge from a Travel Conference like PTANA Convention, Travel Agent Forum, Cruise 360, Travel Leaders Edge, ASTA Showcase or another major event that you registered for and attended in the last year, you can upload it here.
