PTANA Maryland Members,
I hope you are enjoying your summer.
This month we will meet virtually and Steve Spurlock, Business Development Manager, GoWay Travel will join us. GoWay Travel is no stranger to PTANA Maryland. GoWay Travel specializes in Luxury and Custom travel experiences. It will be interesting and exciting to hear about the latest offerings. Mr. Spurlock will educate each member on the destinations of Africa and Greece. He will have us explore the exotic African tours and sarfaris.
At Goway, they love the freedom of curiosity-driven travel. Whether we’re going it alone, or with a loved one or group, something awakens when we arrive in a destination we’ve never seen. We all want that moment to be filled with anticipation and the potential of a new adventure. We also want to know we’ve got all the tools we need to get the most out of our destination.

Our Charity and Outreach theme for July and August is a “Back to School” Drive. Our Charity and Outreach Co-Chairs have connected with the school administration at Rosemont Elementary and Middle School which serves Pre-K through eighth grade and Gwynns Falls Elementary which serves Pre-K through fifth grade. Both schools are located in Baltimore’s inner city.
We’re asking our PTANA members to support this campaign by providing donations of backpacks ( with or without supplies) and the full range of school supplies to fill them. We also welcome financial donations. We will collect items at the September meeting.
Please contact Greta St. Rose (pggp1@aol.com) or Racine Gooding(racine365@verizon.net) for more information . |
