PTANA Philadelphia welcomes Vandia Sands, Sr. Sales & Marketing Manager, with The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism & Aviation, on September 1st, 2021!!

During this presentation, Vandia will be –

• Providing an update on the current entry protocols 
• New air service
• Bahamas Specialist Program
  BEATS residency program and experiences available for Nassau (things to do). 

In addition to this, Vandia will be welcoming a special guest -Mrs. Carmel Churchill, Representative of the Grand Bahama Island Tourist Board, to provide an update on what’s going on in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island.

A little about Vandia Sands….

Vandia Sands is an effervescent Sr. Sales & Marketing professional with over 7 years of experience at The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism & Aviation. She began her career working in Nassau then later relocated to the Bahamas Tourist Offices in Washington, DC, and New York to join the dynamic sales team. Vandia has mastered managing a territory of 7+ states, creatively promoting the destination to bolster sales, and building relationships with key industry leaders. Additionally, she has been a part of the organization’s Global Sales Conference winning team for best and brightest ideas, for two consecutive seminars.  

Outside of work, the former Miss Earth Bahamas beauty queen enjoys traveling, lounging on a beach, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering within her community.
