Welcome to the Central Virginia Area Chapter of PTANA!
Resilient, Faithful, Supportive, Family! These are the words I use to describe the Central Virginia Area Chapter of PTANA. Coming through the last few years of uncertainty has not been easy. But we made it! Together, we continue to learn, grow and earn. We hope to see you at one of our meetings. With the support of our Industry Partners, we will continue to provide the virtual and in-person education needed to grow CVAC’s Travel Advisor businesses.
Finally, in 2023, we remain STEADFAST! CVAC will continue to focus on Travel Advisor education (with a heavy focus on backend business development), and the expansion of membership/Industry Partner relationships that will take us to the next level.

Join an Existing PTANA Chapter

- Upload your business card, specialist certificate, and CLIA, True, or IATA during the application process.
- If you are hosted, a letter is required.

- At least one specialist program is required for membership. This includes domestic, international, chain hotels, cruise lines, and Travel Institute Specialist Programs. If you do not have a Specialist Certificate, you may go to https://www.travelagentacademy.com/, https://edu.recommend.com/ or http://www.travelagentuniversity.com and take one of the many on-line Specialist courses offered.
- Renew membership by the beginning of each calendar year.
